Terms of Service

Last updated 24 October 2026

These Terms (the "End User Licence Agreement") govern your use of the GrailCARd app and website. By creating an account or using GrailCARd you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for everything done through your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

2. Photos, usernames and other content you share

GrailCARd lets players upload photos, choose usernames and profile pictures that other players can see ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content, but you give GrailCARd a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and adapt it to run the game (for example to identify cars, blur licence plates and create card art).

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not upload, post or use any content that:

Any player can report a photo or another player, and block players they don't want to see. We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content, and immediately terminate the accounts of users who post objectionable content, without notice or refund.

4. Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate the app, fake spots or interfere with other players. We may reset progress or suspend accounts that do.

5. Safety

Never use GrailCARd while driving. Respect private property and local laws when photographing cars.

6. The service

GrailCARd is provided "as is". Car identifications, stats and rarity grades are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. We may change or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Apple

If you downloaded GrailCARd from the App Store, these Terms are between you and GrailCARd, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these Terms are silent.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the new version. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
